Appointment Policies 

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a $50 fee. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in being blocked from future bookings.

• Arriving 15 minutes late or more will require rescheduling to maintain service excellence.

• Guests who do not show up for their appointment will be charged in full, and may lose the privilege to book future appointments.

• A card on file is required to hold your appointment. It will only be charged if a cancellation or no-show fee applies.
